General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) - Promotional Game
Game Organizer: The promotional game is organized by La Chocolaterie de Puyricard, a company registered under the number 445 388 473 000 24 and with its registered office located at Avenue Georges de Fabry 13540 Puyricard. The game is valid in all of our 24 physical stores and on our website www.puyricard.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer".
Eligibility: The game is valid in our 24 physical stores as well as on our website: www.puyricard.fr. Participation in the game is open to any adult natural person.
Validity Period: The game is valid from March 7 to April 1, 2024 of the current year, subject to availability.
Participation Terms: Any person purchasing one of our new molds from the 2024 range, including the figurines of dog, cat, fox, and unicorn, and having a customer account, will be automatically entered into the draw. Each participant is allowed to participate only once.
Draw and Prizes: Eligible participants will be included in the draw to try to win a set from the brand Agent Paper and a Puyricard set worth 50€. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be notified by email or telephone in the days following the closing of the game, by April 10 at the latest.
Acceptance of Conditions: Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these conditions. La Chocolaterie de Puyricard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
Use of Personal Data: By participating in the game, customers accept that their personal data will be collected and used by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the game and delivering the prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.
Amendment of the Rules: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the promotional game in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, without prior notice.
