Delivery

You will receive your order within two to four business days. The indicated delivery times are average times, reflecting the processing time of your order and delivery by La Poste for products destined for mainland France and Monaco. Our products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. If items are available for delivery on different dates due to availability, the delivery time is based on the longest delivery time.

LA CHOCOLATERIE DE PUYRICARD will inform you by email of the shipment date of your order. You will receive your order's tracking number by email, which you can track by visiting our service provider's website. For more information on legal information, we invite you to refer to our general conditions of sale.

Shipping costs are €15.00 including tax per shipment within mainland France excluding Corsica. These costs are free for customers with purchases of €80.00 or more including tax per shipment (excluding shipping costs), always to mainland France excluding Corsica. With Chronofresh, our packages are generally delivered within 24 hours*. If the recipient is not home, the package will be dropped off at the nearest collection point. You can track your order and obtain delivery information using the recipient number provided when placing your order. *(excluding external or internal events at Chronopost, for which we cannot be held responsible).

For orders to Corsica, shipping costs are €19.90 including tax per shipment; for orders over €80.00 including tax (excluding shipping costs), shipping costs are €4.90 including tax.

For all other delivery countries, shipping costs for each shipment range from €49.00 to €149.00 including VAT, regardless of the purchase amount. The delivery time specified is for informational purposes only and may vary slightly due to preparation and delivery times. Our gourmet creations are available for home delivery and pick-up points in most countries worldwide, except Russia and China. Please note that we also deliver to Hong Kong without any problems. You will find the list of countries eligible for delivery when creating your account and placing your order.

Delivery is available on Fridays only – your presence is required at the reception desk. To optimize delivery costs, we recommend placing an order consisting exclusively of ice cream. Delivery fees for ice cream orders only: Amounts under €80: €20 delivery fee Amounts greater than or equal to €80: €10 delivery fee Mixed orders (ice cream + other sweet treats): An additional €15 fee applies for non-ice cream products. This fee is waived for all orders of €80 or more. The delivery fee for ice cream is in addition to any fees related to non-ice cream products.
