Set of 4 Pure Origin chocolate bars handmade and packaged in our Provencal workshops. Each cocoa has a different origin, here they are :

- Ghana : dark chocolate 72,5% cocoa. With aromas of roasted hazelnuts, candied black cherry and brandy, this great chocolate releases intense flavours that combine cocoa and sweetness to perfection. 

- Madagascar : dark chocolate 64% cocoa. Fresh and tart, releasing tangy notes of red fruits and dried fruits. Its powerful character, specific to this atypical Trinitario from Madagascar, blends perfectly with the taste of its chocolate.

- Cameroon : dark chocolate, 80% cocoa. This chocolate is distinguished by the intensity of its African cocoa, enhanced by wild pepper, which prolongs the flavour of the woody and fruity notes in the mouth.

- Madagascar milk : milk chocolate, 51% cocoa. Aromas of red fruits and milk. Soft and round character, pleasant acidity.

All our Pure Origine bars are made using traditional methods in our own workshop.
